Wellness activities

Our English and Nature Reset programme combines language learning with a range of restorative activities for body and mind. Participants can enjoy meditation, yoga, Pilates, fitness classes, hill walking, surfing, and forest bathing (a slowing down in the forest and tuning into your senses), alongside Tai Chi, mindfulness workshops, and creative arts and crafts. Together, these experiences promote wellbeing, confidence, and a deeper connection to both nature and language.

Our social activity programme combines English learning with unforgettable experiences. It includes local excursions and relaxed social events designed to help students practice English while making friends from around the world.

Accommodation

Residential

The residential accommodation is less than one minute’s walk from the Atlantic Ocean, 5 minutes’ walk from the school, and 10 minutes from the town center. The house is very spacious with a sitting room, dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Some rooms offer sea or mountain views, and most rooms are en suite. The English & Nature Reset programme is full board and includes freshly cooked, homemade meals

Hotel Accommodation

We work closely with a select number of high-quality local hotels, all within a short distance of the school.

Homestay

We work with a select number of hosts that offer a warm welcome and a home-from-home experience. All our homestays are within 5 – 20 minutes of the school and town. You will have a private room with full board.
