This unique Erasmus+ programme focuses on teacher wellbeing, stress reduction, and mindfulness-based teaching approaches, helping educators build resilience and create more balanced learning environments.
Located in peaceful Donegal, this course combines reflection, nature, and experiential learning to support both personal and professional growth.

Format
This Teacher Wellbeing, Mindfulness & Experiential Learning course is a one-week course consisting of 20 lessons, plus 5 hours of integrated off-site activities or excursions as part of an extensive cultural and social programme.
