The English and Multi Activity Programme is designed for schools and institutions whose students wish to travel to Ireland with the overall goal of improving their English language ability while at the same time providing them with an action packed activity, social and cultural programme.
The English and Multi Activity programme runs from June to August. We offer a Junior Mini Stay programme for all schools and institutions from September – June.
About The English and Multi Activity Programme
The all-inclusive packages include:
- accommodation,
- 24-hour supervision
- three meals a day and snacks
- 15 hours of English per week,
- 5 afternoons of activities including horse riding, surfing, kayaking, viking challenge, team building, blokarting etc
- all books and materials
- laundry facilities
- evening activities including bowling, cinema, silly olympics, team building, talent shows, Dvd’s
-cultural excursion every Saturday taking in beautiful Irish scenery as well as some shopping
- certificate and post teachers report on completion of course.
Residential Accommodation
Students stay in our residential accommodation which is situated less than one minutes walk from the Atlantic coast and 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The accommodation consists of a small complex of houses. Each house has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 – 4 bathrooms which accommodates 8 – 10 students and 1 coordinator. The coordinator is on hand to help students with any queries they may have.
We also work with a select number of host families that provide a home from home experience. Students who opt for host family in the summer period have their lunch and dinner with the residential students so as not to feel excluded from the other students. Students staying in host family also partake in the evening activities.
Nationalities
Nationalities visiting the Junior Summer Programmes include French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Ukranian, Scandinavian and Eastern European.
Level Assessment
Every student is given assessment on the first day of English class and they are assigned to the level which suits them the most.
English Classes
The English classes run for 3 hours every morning/afternoon depending on the level of the students. Reading, writing, oral and listening are covered each day in the classes by fully qualified teachers. The classes are taught in a fun and interactive manner with particular focus being placed on issues of interest to teenagers and everyday speaking situations. On average there are 12 students per class with a maximum of 14.
Activities
Afternoon activities include Surfing, Horse Riding, Team Building, Irish Sports, Watersports, Samba Sessions, Curragh making, Irish Music, Spraois(Irish obstacle courses), Arts and Crafts workshops etc
Evening Activities
Evening activities are provided 4 – 5 evenings a week and include water sports, bowling, cinema, treasure hunts, bbq’s, quizzes, competitions, art and music workshops, talent shows, DVD’s etc.
Cultural Excursion
We also provide a cultural excursion for the students every Saturday. The excursions include a popular tourist destination followed by some shopping in the afternoon

The English and Multi Activity Programme is all inclusive and includes accommodation, full board, full supervision, 15 hours of English, 14 – 15 hours of multi activities , a cultural excursion & evening activities. As price varies depending on group size please contact us for more information.

Transfers can be organised from Dublin, Belfast and Knock airports. Prices vary depending on group size so please contact us for a quote.
