Family Programme

The family English language programmes offered are designed to suit each family’s needs and can include English for all the family as well as a range of activities to suit all tastes.

 We have set weeks dedicated to family courses including:

•  Easter
• June 10^th – 24^th
• July  22nd – August 5^th
• August 19^th – September 02^nd

The age range for juniors accepted on the family programmes are 8 – 11 year olds and 12 – 17 year olds

English Classes

Parents can opt for General English courses suited to their level* while the children will be placed in a class suited to the level and ability.  All classes are taught in a fun and interactive manner with the main focus being on conversation and learning through fun and relevant topics to their age.  All English Language classes are 15 hours/20 lessons per week.

However you can also enjoy a range of afternoon activity programmes. Adult English and Activity programmes include surfing, hill walking and horse riding.  Junior English and Activity programmes include surfing, riding and multi activity.

Adult Activity Programme

Surfing

Bundoran is known as the surf capital of Ireland.  So it is a great place to learn of advance in surfing. All levels are catered for in our surfing camps. With numerous beaches and breaks on our doorstep, there is a beach to suit every level. Tuition and video analysis is provided by our fully qualified instructors. All equipment is also provided.

Horse Riding

With over 45 horses and ponies to choose from, each guest receives a pony for the duration suited to their level*. The Horse Riding runs from 1.45 – 5.00 pm every day, Monday to Friday.  The activities include beach rides on our 10km stretch of beach, treks through our rolling sand dunes, lessons, trail rides,  lunging,  video analysis, flatwork,  jumping  cross country for the novice upwards(weather dependant) and stable management.

Hill Walking
The area in and around Donegal offers the perfect platform for exploring the North West of Ireland,  as it is on the border of counties Sligo, Leitrim and Fermanagh.  Easy access to all of these counties offers a hill walker’s delight. Our experienced guides will take you through deserted villages, megalithic tombs, holy wells, specatular valleys, sweat houses (old saunas) and show you magnificent views as well as an insight into the wildlife, flora and fauna that the North West of Ireland has to offer.

Junior Activity Programme

Surfing

Multi Activity

The multi activity programme includes a variety of activities including horse riding, surfing, arts and crafts, beach games, music and drama workshops.  The camp runs at Easter and August 19th – September 02nd.

Alternatively parents can enjoy free afternoons to explore the north west of Ireland while their children are fully supervised on one of the activity programmes.

Accommodation

We can also arrange accommodation for families including self catering apartments, holiday homes and host family. 

The self catering apartments and holiday homes range in size from two to four bedrooms and prices range from €350 – €800 per week depending on time of year.

Families can choose to opt for host family together or alternatively parents can opt for host family while their son or daughter opts for the full immersion programme.
